What's new
Changes to the dashboards, newest first.
October 2026â
- BYOC Trends: an Include Partial Periods filter. By default, charts end at the last complete period and skip a first period the date window cuts short.
- BYOC Trends: a Min Avg Monthly CCU filter on the organizations and accounts charts, to count only customers above a usage level.
- BYOC Summary: the Customer Tier filter works on every chart (it used to error on several); the tier pie follows all filters; "Biz ID" is now Cluster ID; Topology and Cluster Detail show node details for CLASSIC clusters too.
- BYOC Trends: click any growth % point to see what changed: added and churned organizations, accounts or clusters.
- BYOC AI Issues: the filters apply to every chart, and clicking a slice filters the rest of the dashboard.
- The legacy Lark "BYOC Alerts Analysis" dashboard was retired; BYOC Alerts (From Slack) replaces it.
September 2026â
- BYOC Summary: customer tier (S/A/B/C) as a filter, a column next to each customer, and a pie chart.
August 2026â
- Customer CCU Comparison: compare up to five customers' CCU and growth on one chart.
- BYOC Auto-Scaling: paused-policy breakdown, scaling-event outcomes, and detail lists.
- BYOC Consumption: CCU this quarter and over the last 365 days.
July 2026â
- BYOC Trends: Organizations with âĽN Live Clusters charts; the Min Live Clusters filter; added/churned drills.
- BYOC Summary: feature adoption charts (environment, creation method, SSO, MCP, Multi-AZ, ArrowFlight), the Clusters tab with topology and AZ placement, and a cleaner Customer filter.
June 2026â
- BYOC Trends launched: weekly, monthly and quarterly accounts, clusters, CCU and cores.
- BYOC Auto-Scaling split out of BYOC Summary.
